Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email.
  • For items marked as custom or pre-order, additional processing time may apply. 

International Shipping

  • International delivery times vary by destination, typically requiring [4–21 business days]. International shipping costs at the moment are subject to an assessment by our team after you purchase.
  • Please note: Recipients of international orders are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for orders exceeding 75€ within Portugal. Eligibility for free shipping in other regions will be assessed by our team after checkout.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to you. You may use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Limitations

  • At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions. If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at support@snus-station.com for assistance.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

We strive to ensure the safe delivery of every order. Should your package be lost or damaged in transit, we kindly request that you contact us at support@snus-station.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. While delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier disruptions, or customs clearance) are beyond our control, we will do our utmost to provide timely support.
